How It Works

1. I

   Open a ticket

   Message Sean or join the Discord and open a ticket in #open-a-ticket. Share your goals, the features you want, your server size, any deadline, and whether you’d like managed hosting or to self-host.

2. II

   Scope & quote

   We confirm the scope together and you get a final quote within the published range. A 50% deposit of the build fee gets things started.

3. III

   Build

   I build your bot to the agreed scope.

4. IV

   Test & revise

   You test your bot in a private test zone in the Discord and request revisions.

5. V

   Choose hosting

   Pick managed hosting, or self-host with full source and setup docs.

6. VI

   Handoff or deploy

   I hand the bot off to you, or deploy it for you. The remaining balance is due on delivery (managed hosting setup is due before deployment).

7. VII

   Ongoing maintenance

   Optional monthly maintenance covers minor updates, bug fixes, and support. Major new features are quoted separately.
