Custom images for your bot, typically 15–40 assets.

Tutorials

about $100–$250

per bot module

A built-in tutorial that walks your members or staff through the bot. Quoted into each build.

AI Server Guide

$150–$500

An AI guided tour that takes new members around to each channel and walks them through the tutorials for each bot in your server, built from a knowledge file you write. Priced by the size and scale of your server. Uses your AI provider of choice, or an AI API I set up, manage, and bill monthly (quoted in your ticket).

Hosting & maintenance

Self-host

$0 setup $15–$30/month

Monthly plan covers minor updates, bug fixes, and support. You run the bot and receive:

  • Full source code
  • README setup guide for Windows + VPS
  • .env.example file
  • Developer Portal and invite steps
  • Config reference
  • A short walkthrough call

Managed hosting

$50–$150 setup $25–$50/month

I host it and keep it running:

  • Deploy and configure
  • Uptime monitoring and restarts
  • Minor updates
  • Fixes for discord.py / Discord API changes

Maintenance doesn’t include major new features; those are quoted separately. Larger systems land at the higher end of the setup and maintenance ranges.

Payment

  • 50% of the build fee to start.
  • Managed hosting setup fee is due before deployment.
  • Remaining balance is due on delivery.
  • Final quote within the range is set after scope is confirmed in a ticket.
